How does the SOMARK Labstamp system work?
The SOMARK Labstamp works on the same principles as conventional manual tattooing. A needle penetrates the epidermal layer of skin and continues down into the dermal layer, depositing small amounts of ink. However, the Labstamp’s needle is attached to a robotic arm that follows the curvature of the mouse tail.
